Nestled in Danbury's historic district, this beautiful new building sits at the junction of Padanaram Brook and the Still River. The beautiful stone bridge that crosses Padanarum Brook was built in 1889 and is eligible for the National Register of Historic Places.

As part of our commitment to the community, Brookview Commons will be improving the bank of Padanaram Brook, adding benches and walking paths. Now, students can study along the brook or in private sitting areas behind the apartment building, overlooking the water.
